Vinyasa Flow 

Mondays:  Vinyasa Flow 7:30pm - 8:45pm  Levels I & II

This 75min class moves at a medium to vigorous pace.  It is available to all levels of a yoga practitioner, but recommended to students who have some previous yoga experience.  Asanas are fluid, strengthening and often continuous allowing the student to develop an increased connection between the breath and the body.  

Restorative Deep Stretch 

Saturdays: Restorative Deep Stretch 11:30am - 12:45pm  All Levels

This 75min class is available to all levels of yoga experience.  Slow and meditative, students hold asanas for longer periods of time, relaxing into the breath and body.  Beneficial for increasing flexibility and calming the mind.
