Mindfulness Meditation

Join us as we practice Vipassana, an ancient form of meditation probably practiced by the Buddha himself. It translates as "mindfulness" or "awareness," and its aim is deceptively simple: to live our lives with more awareness, more compassion, and more insight.

Mindfulness meditation helps us learn to deal with reality (including our own self) as it is, not as we wish it would be -- because only by first accepting reality can we change it.
