Slow Flow Restorative

This 60min class is available to all levels of yoga experience.  Slow and meditative, students hold asanas for longer periods of time, relaxing into the breath and body.  Beneficial for increasing flexibility and calming the mind.

Class on June 18 will be followed immediately by a Traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony from 1-2pm.
